How my 30+ Years Journey Can Help You!
Can you guess my favorite lunch menu? Here it is, sautéed kale and garlic with a side of orange slices. I went from someone who really didn't know what kale was several years ago to someone who makes a tasty meal out of it. Several years ago I would also argue there was no difference between cake and donuts for breakfast, and then eat the cake. Not to say I don't enjoy cake, but it is not the meal staple it used to be in my life.
I have spent over 30 years learning how to change my eating habits. How to really nourish my body and actually enjoy it! I tried many routes, from elimination diets, detox diets and diets with pre packaged foods and lots of counting. I think you get the point. Looking back, I learned something from each experience, which gave each experience value. My frustration with this journey is that it took me this long to get to where I am at. Any journey will take some time, but having the right tools and support can help shorten the length of the journey so the desired destination is reached a whole lot faster.
I am very happy with where I am at in my journey of diet and nutrition. I love that I have never once given up. I love that I am always trying to make improvements big and small. What I love the most...is helping others along on their journey. I want to share what I have learned over the past 30+ years with others. I want to help others collect the tools to success much quicker than I did and eliminate much of the frustration and stress that can sometimes show up on this journey.
Not ready to eat a meal of kale? I completely understand.
